I received my Eagle Scout award at age 18 and believe that to be one of my most important accomplishments. 1. Are the cleaners you are using safe?

Yes. Our number one concern is the safety of your landscaping, pets, and your family. We have spent a great deal of time researching the cleaners that we use. Everything we use is industry recommended and proven to be safe.

2. What type of equipment do you use?

We use the latest commercial pressure washers with detergent injection. This allows us to apply our cleaning solution evenly to all surfaces eliminating spotting. We also use extension wands and specific nozzles that make it possible for us to clean most surfaces from the ground up eliminating the use of extension ladders which can damage your siding.

3. What do you use as a water source?

We use the garden hose connection on your site. Considering fuel prices this is much more cost-effective than trucking in water from an outside source. Pressure washers usually use less water than if your garden hose were connected alone.

4. Do you use cold or hot water?

Both! We use cold water and low pressure for services such as house washing, deck cleaning and any other delicate surfaces. Hot water, along with high pressure, is used on driveways and other tolerant surfaces that may have oil or other stubborn stains.

5. What type of results can I expect?

Every job is different; therefore, we thoroughly review all specific circumstances at the time of the consultation. Some of the general conditions you might anticipate are as follows:

Loose paint and caulking may come off. If it is in good condition it will not.
Windows may spot slightly but no more than if it had rained.
In some cases black streaks on gutters and under eaves may not come 100% clean with a standard house wash. These can be completely removed with our gutter scrubbing service. These details will be explained during your consultation.

All surface dirt, mold, mildew and pollutants will be removed from your siding, walkways, decks, etc, leaving your property to look its best!

6. Are you licensed and insured?
